How To Wean Off Vyvanse Tablet As The Side-effects Are Unbearable?
I have been on Vyvanse 30 mg for 5 days and I do not like how it makes me feel. Heart rate is increased, I am anxious and jittery. I have a bad headache . I want to stop taking this medication. Do I have to taper off if I have only been taking this drug for 5 days? If so how should I do it?

What you are feeling are recognised side effects of Vyvanse.
There is no harm in stopping it abruptly after obtaining your psychiatrist's consent as you had taken it only for 5 days.
