How Will I Know From Which Partner I Got The Genital Warts?

I have small genital warts (flat) on the shaft and head of my penis. I have two questions, one: if I had two sex partners one about 9 months ago, and the other from about 7 months ago through today, what is the possibility that it was the first? And second question is, given that I have been having sex with current partner... should I abstain now given that I assume she is already infected herself?

It is not possible to tell whether you got infected from the first or the second partner. Only thing that can help in finding possible source is the history of warts in any of your two partners but this is also not confirmatory as the infection is subclinical also. You should have protected intercourse with the current partner and get your warts treated as early as possible.
