How Will I Quit Smoking Without Taking Medicines?

my blood pressure is 142/96 pulse 62. I am 33 years old, and very concerned about this. I am a smoker, and currently going thru a very stressful custody/relocation battle in court. Today I decided to quit smoking, so I am currently 8.5 hours without a cigarette. What other things can I do without taking meds?

hi dear,
medication is easy way to quit smoking but also without medication you can quit but it should be gradual and taper down slowly. also don't take any other substance to replace it.
for better quitting try chewing gum also try to increase gap between two intake of smoking.
also make habit of exercise which also help you
also take excess quantity of water which also help.
also consult psychiatrist for different way to stop without medication.
Thank you
