How Would Microwaving Food Affect One's Health?

I bought this bowl noodle soup from wal mart. of course just like other instant lunch noodle, /i went on and cook it in the microwave as usual, and after consuming the noodle, I notice a tiny sign says do not microwave. so my question is what would the health affect to that warning?

Hi,

The warning sign is not for the health, but it could be for the food preparation methods, like if you are going to use the microwave then you won't be able to have the taste of food or it may not be well cooked.

But it may not be health related, so forget about this and no need to worry. Everything is fine, only the taste matters in cooking method.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Akhtarhusain
