Howto Cure Persistent Head Ache?

Hi, my name is Lakshmikanth from India. Male 24 years of age, weight 81kgs. I have pain in forehead (head ache) to my left side(left arm) of my forehead. Every day i feel pain for half an hour .After the hour sleep the pain will be reduced.Can i know what is my problem? and how to recover from it. Thanking you in advance.
