Hsg Test Done. Missed Period, Spotting With Brown, Pink Blood. Pregnancy Sign Or Symptom Of Hsg Test?

I had a hag test done 2 months ago I missed a month of my period afterwards now I Think I finally received it but it weird i was spotting brown blood mixed with light pink blood for 1 day it was dark red with a mix of brown blood light flow now I'm just back to spotting is this a sign of pregnancy or a symptom from the hsg test? (I also have no Pms symptoms like I'm used to breast tender bloating etc. I just occasionally feel really nauseas)

this bleeding is not b/c os HSG.
get urine pregnancy done as you have missed period before coming to any conclusion.
get a gynaec check-up done.
