Hunger Pains Even After Eating. Blood In Stools, Bloating, Abdominal Pain. How Can You Help?
explain to me why I can eat something and still have hunger pains after eating? I wake up and I feel as if I am starving. My stomach is non-stop rumbling. I went to the hospital last weekend for having blood in my stools. I feel very bloated today...and when the doctors pushed around on my upper abdomen it was painful...how can you help me?

These hunger pains kind of symptom and tenderness in the upper abdomen could be due to duodenal ulcer. An upper GI endoscopy may be done for confirmation.
Blood in stools could be due to hemorrhoids, fissure, IBD, polyps, diverticulosis or malignancy. A colonoscopy may be done for evaluation.
