Hurt Eye With Some Flashing When I Blink And A Small Spit On The Lower Eye. Should I Consult A Doctor?

Hi Dr. Yesterday I was hit pretty hard in the eye with a soccer ball when a man took a shot about 5 feet in front of me (I m a 23 year old female). I saw a flash of white and went down to the ground. The lower half of my vision was lost for about 30 mins then slowly came back. It didn t fully come back though. I see a dark spot or shadow in the lower part of my eye, especially in low light. I also just started to see some flashing when I blink. Will this go away? Should I go to the eye doctor? Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You should be very much care full about the eye, what ever little injury it is. It appears that you have a pressure effect on the eye.
I advise you to consult an eye specialist for examination of the interior of the eye and diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods,to support the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
