hello my 3 year old fallen off the bed when he was 6 months he hit his head on thefloor he have a bump on his head he seemed fine at first after few days attended to bruise well three years pass is going to be four in april he still has a scar where he hit his head iit is a small dent it is above his right eyebrow and it looks kind of like a bruise the he acts normal and he is very healthy should I be concerned is it going to be permanent
