Hurt In The Head, Vision Blurred. Pupils Enlarged. Consult Doctor?

My daughter was accidently kicked in the head at cheer. She said she had a headach for a while after, and still does, but it feels better now. And right after she was kicked her vision blurred. She seems to be doing fine now, but her pupils look bigger than mine. Wondering if I need to take her in to the hospital or can I wait and watch?

Dear friend,

Thanks for posting your query on this website. I fully appreciate your concerns.

From the details provided, I do not visualize anything serious.

Further, pupils change in size with light. There is nothing to worry, as long as your daughter has no visual problems. So, please RELAX! Just wait and watch...she should be all right soon.

I am confident that you will certainly benefit from the advice.

May I assure you that I am always available for your assistance and will try my best to cure your condition to the best of my experience and knowledge.

Please feel free to revert back to me in case of further clarifications, if any.

HAVE A NICE DAY AND A SPEEDY RECOVERY.

Fond Regards,

Dr.(Col) R Karanwal
