Testes can have many sort of referred pains. There can insult to testis due to any reason especially one cannot remember it when is during intercourse. One can have pain testis due to high frequency of sexual intercourse. If medical and surgical reasons has been ruled out then element of psychogenic pain become very important. This can be sign of depression or part of somotization.Treatment is very easy.
