hi
Welcome to HCM

Your cough could be due to Pharmapress. It is a common side effect of this medicine. You must see your Doctor . There are many more different classes of drugs. Your Doctor will substitute Pharmapress with other group of medicines. Do not stop your medicine by your own. Your doctor must have told you to restrict your salt, and do aerobic exercises ( Brisk Walking is one of the good exercises). It is very essential to control blood pressure . Do not get disappointed. Initially it may happen that we have to change the medicines due to side effects, but I am sure you doctor will find the best suitable for you among many Anti hypertensives medicines.
I do not recommend herbal medicines for Hypertension. And would advise you not to combine herbal medicines with Allopathic medicines.
I hope i have answered your question. If you have any further query, I would be happy to answer.
