i am 19 years old man, 173cm height, 55kg weight, i think that i am too skinny, my bones & muscles are too small; what should i do to raise my weight and get a strong muscles and bones ?

work out at the gym..diet does help but in some people even though they eat well they dont put on weight..eat all protein rich foods like non-veg,egg and milk..calculate your calorie requirement and follow it..stick on to your diet timings and never skip a meal..cut down your stress levels and get a good sleep..modifying your lifestyle would definately help you..
