Hello um;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
You have got a bad stomach infection due to which you have severe diarrhoea and vomiting.Although most of the medicines are contraindicated in pregnancy still it is necessary to stop the diarrhoea and vomiting to prevent dehydration so please consult your Gynaecologist for examination and treatment or if you are dehydrated then please get admitted in a hospital so that proper care can be taken and you can be treated.
Thanks
