to gain weight you need to include weight training in your schedule along with high protein diet.cardio workout alone wont help to gain weight.it helps to build lean muscle mass along with increase in weight in a healthy way.suggestion is to join a gym to get your program strated and diet rich in protein and carbs with healthy fat substitues.taking nuts and berries twice a wk help.however before you start any from of diet its better to get checked by physician about your general health condition.
