I Am Facing Some Rapid Speech Problems And Experiencing Mild Headache And Vomiting Sensation

Sir i need to know that i'm facing some rapid speech problems i am seeing some words out loud so quickly i am not able to understand what i'm saying i googled it and i am worried even more i need to know what is happening to me i am always in a hurry i am in some sort of confusion please help me out if you can i am also having mild headache accompanied by a sensation of vomiting always i don't know what is happening to me i am speaking these words as fast as i can and i have too many thoughts in my mind at the same time i am very confused please help me out any help aditya from india need a help a sap

Hence I suggest that you consult a Neurologist at the earliest
You may need to undergo a MRI Scan too
