belching everyday, sickness, dizziness,heartburn, stomach pain, abdominal pain, bleeding between periods, headaches,more frequently urinating, sweating these are my symtoms do u know what it is please help its been happening for weeks

If you are fed up so much..why you still did not get these symptoms checked man???Why are you wasting tim epondering over these, go for a complete health check up and examination. Eat healthy good and well balanced diet, maintain good hydration.
