Hi,
Welcome to HCM. Are you taking treatment for infertility? If yes the drugs used to develop the follicles may enlarge the follicles to a big size which when ruptured will release the fluid into the abdomen, which causes pain. Even if you are not taking any drugs, sometimes pain, cramp like feeling does occur at the time of ovulation and is nothing to worry about. Time your intercourse around this time, so that the chances of becoming pregnant are more. Wish you all the best.
