What does it mean if I see black particles when I pee and my urine is brown?

Thanks for the query. In my practice i have not come across such a history. I am thinking they are casts vs sediments, in either case get yourself a urine routine and usg abdomen and pelvis done. Meet a gen physician with the results. Have a healthy living.
