I Am Having Sharp Pains In Left Side Stomach. It Happened Immediatly After Eating Pizza And Soda.

I am having sharp pains that are sensitive to push on, in the left part of my lower stomach, feels like gas pains, but they have not gone away in 2 days. I have tried over the counter meds. It happened immediatly after eating pizza and soda.

could be volvulating long sigmoid colon. you may require colonoscopy
