I Am Not Able To Ejaculate
I am married in the year June 2007. I am trying for a baby but in vein. my sexual life is good. when i have a sexual intercourse with my wife, i am not able to ejaculate. when i masturbate the sperm comes out. when i am having a sexual intercourse, the semen does not come. when the intercourse last for more than 45 min to one hour. pls help me.

It seems that there is no problem with semen as while doing mastubation you get semen coming out,
Do not prolong your intercourse as you say about 45 mnt.Ejeculate after 5-7 mnt then definitely semen will come out.
Do the sex on alternate day from 10 to 16 th day of starting of last period of your wife.
