I am past menopause, but have suffered with ectopic endometriosis for 20 years where my skin itches and bleeds along with many other symptoms -- is there any treatment for me?

There is hormonal therapy which would help you. I would advise you to consult with a gynecologist and dermatologist and seek further treatment.
