Hi!Bharath,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum,
Bharath you have not mentioned your age...any way..for pimples you can take tab azithromycin (500mg) once daily for 3 days....apply nadifloxacin cream at day time and adaferin gel at night.Use a anti ance soap like dermadew acne soap to wash your face.Don't squeeze your pimples ... drink plenty of water and take good sleep at night. For hair loss you can take tablet finestride if you are above 18ys of age..apply minoxidil sol 5% over scalp...this would help you only if you apply this for a long time..It would be good if you can consult a good dermatologist who can prescribe you above medicines.
take care,
Dr.Chawda

Acne, commonly known as pimples or zits, affects teenagers, adolescents and even adults. Scarring and post inflammatory hyper pigmentation are the most important complications of acne.
Teenagers and young adults are more prone to getting acne due to the natural hormonal changes that take place at that age. Factors like heredity, stress, dandruff, abuse of cosmetics and smoking can trigger acne.
DOES & DONTS
1. Wash face 2-3 times daily.
2. Use a gentle, water-soluble cleanser and tepid water. 3. Avoid over moisturizing the skin.
4. Wash makeup brushes and sponges frequently to minimize dirt and bacteria. 5. Athletic activities and exposure to greasy environments, such as fast-food establishments, contribute to acne.
6. Drink plenty of water to flush out impurities.
7. Using too many medicated products may dry out skin.
8. Keep hands and hair away from face.
Acne should not be suppressed by topical applications because the outward eruption that we see is a reflection of the internal disorder of the body.
Homeopathy offers natural, effective remedies to treat acne. The main goal of the treatment is to control new lesions from forming, heal existing lesions, minimize the psychological embarrassment and stress and prevent scarring.

Sorry for the late response. My age is 27. Dermatologist have given me scalpay shampoo and Vitamin A tablets. But still persists over a long period of 3 years. Dont know what to do. Basically mine is an oily skin especially i sweat a lot in head. Please help me get rid of the situation. Usually acne when it comes persists for four days for first two days there will be redness and end with a white puss and size also varies. It is itching too even if I use shampoo once in two days. If I use shampoo there will be no itching.
