hello sir i am 18 year old student . sir i am suffering from wet dream before 3 year . due to this i become so dull looser and subjected to all bad effect of this disease

If you do not involve in any sexual activity, you may have wet dreams, which is due to sexual stimulation by dreaming / thinking about attractive females or about sex

Before going to bed prey the god,some good reading,wear loose clothes,do not wear under garment during sleep.
Do not see exciting channels or sex videos at night or for few weeks.
