I have L4-L5 disk bulging and tried physiotherapy (ILT, IFT, Ultrasound) and other pain killers/heating methods but still the same. Pain can happen at anytime of the day even after above things! Not too sure what is the way out.

The disk problem is quite long lasting, you can try physiotherapy. Contact your orthopedician and ask for some pain killers and physiotherapy. This will help you better.

See a good Orthopedician doctor in your city and take his advise. This will be better
