I Can Not Cross My Legs And Even Sit Down For A Long Time
I cannot cross my legs and even sit down for along time I was successfully operated for neurofibroma and laminectomy in L4-L5 vertebra on Nov 25,2004.My left side is still affected and I cannot cross my legs and even sit down for along time.Two MRIs taken successively reveal,"spinal cord widening posteriorly.Severe nerve root compression in L4-L5 region"I feel tremendous pressure in legs and get splitting headaches frequently Also a nerve conduction study taken revealed,"Absent H-reflexes on both sides" I cant even travel for a long time.What are H reflexes?What is the problem?What should be my future course of action?
