Hi, I am 40 yearr old. For last few days I am feeling dizziness in head particluarly when I am stannding or walking. Feel like I am slip or fell down. Checked blood pressure and it s reading 140/90

If your bp is in normal range then these symptoms can be due to abdominal upset or cervicle spondylitis and also get you sugar levels examined.
