I Feel Sick Around At My Upper Thoracic Cavity

Hi the respected doctor, how are doing? I feel sick severly at my left shoulder and at my throat .I tried to get treatment by the local doctors but still I feel sick around at my upper thoracic cavity.Please would mind helping me doctor?

You need thorough investigation of upper respiratory tract.
Only then a diagnosis can be made and if it is bronchitis suitable antibiotics to be given like azithromycin.
Please consult your local physician about all this.
