Hi I feel pain in my whole body when i getup in the morning. What is the reason of it? Please advice me..........

Hi, Afzal,
if you did not had proper sleep or slept late night produce lithergy and tiredness.
or if you have got weakness you get the same.
Lack of physical fitness is also responsible.
Go for physical exercise like running, swimming,walking.
Take some vitamin supplements

lack of sleep and disturbed sleep can be the reason.
weakness contributes to body aches.
try eating lots of leafy vegetables
drink plenty of water
check if ur sleeping posture is correct.
ur head should be in neutral position.
try out endurance exercises like walking, jogging and running
swimming is also beneficial
yoga can work wonders for you.
