sometimes i get pains in my heart . like a stabbing pain. and it makes it hard to breathe too. what do you think is wrong with me?!? the pains last for about thirty seconds to one minute. some people have said that i might have a hole in my heart. but I haven t had a pain for about a month. can you just tell me what might be wrong?? by the way, i m 13
