I have a lump on the left side of my penis, it appeared a little after I recently masturbated its small. And not necessarily painful. Is it cancer?

Its not possible to say anything about this without examination.Can you tell me the exact location,size,consistency etc of the lump?Does it stay all the time or go away when you lie down?
