Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

I would keep a possibility of sebaceous cyst. Treatment is surgical removal along with the cyst wall, so as to prevent recurrence.

I would advice that you see a dermatologist or a surgeon and get it removed. A cyst in the axillary area is prone to bacterial infection because of the resident bacterial flora, which can lead to pain, swelling and pus formation.
