I Have A Growth On The Mouth Of Vigina

I have a growth on the mouth of vigina for the past four years. Also have low blood pressure, a heart condition, cholestrol lately I am passing out black lose stools.

This growth could mean alot of things- a papilloma, fibroid, bartholins cyst, etc
