I have a nodulous formation, flesh colour, on my right palatoglossal arch at about the rooth of my thongue. I have sore throat and ear pain on the same side about 3 days already and that s how I noticed it. In recent months I have had reccurent upper respiratory infections and ottitis media (left ear) and treated them with antibiotics properly. I also have reactive lymphadenitis on a left submandibular lymph node from a couple of years ago. I regularly do blood tests and they come out ok. Should I be alarmed about this recent situation?
