I Have Been Having These Weird Attacks

and i got concerned about it and asked a friend and she thought that i was having stress or anxiety attacks so i went online and looked up the symptoms and they matched up to what was happening to me. So does that mean i am having stress or anxiety attacks

I started getting anxiety attacks about a year ago. Basically it kind of feels like my breath is caught in my throat and my heart races and sometimes feels like it skips a beat. Usually brought on by nothing at all. I still went for an EKG just to be on the safe side, so even if it is just a panic attack you should still consult with your doctor.
