The following investigations should be done:
1. USG Neck
2, FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) of your enlarged Rt. Supraclavicular Lymph Node.
3. Chest X-Ray
4. Tuberculin Test (Mantoux Test)
5. Detailed blood investigations (esp. with your high WBC Count!)
6. Sputum for AFB x 3 days
7. CT / MRI Neck + Chest and USG Abdomen may also be considered

Constitutional symptoms such as breathlessness (asthma like symptoms), fatigue, night sweats, migraine headaches could suggest disorders such as tuberculosis, lymphoma, collagen vascular diseases, unrecognized infection or malignancy.

Do you have fever, cough or unexplained weight loss?

Kindly post your test results.
