Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your breathlessness is unlikely to related to your heart... / If it is due to heart disease, it will increase with effort - you say it 'has decreased sine you started to exercise'... / It may from lung - say asthma? / it could be Anxiety?
The prolapse is congenital / is trivial and needs no active intervention now but follow up...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
