I Have Nauseous, Frequent Urination, Dizziness . Pregnancy Test Is Negative
for the past 3 days i have been nauseous, having frequent urination , sometimes dizziness , and i've been tired alot more too. I took a home pregnancy test but it came up negative. what could it be?

Get repeated your urine for pregnancy(UPT) test from early morning urine sample..there are lot of false positive & negative ,in case of home UPT. also get your urine tested to rule out some sort infection

Frequent urine can be coz of infection ;nausea;because of tiredness you may have hyper acidity.take rest & any antacid like ranitidine ; along with ondensetron for nausea .If urinary complaints remain then get urine checked & treated after consulting a doctor.
