I have one very small 1-2 mm angiokeratoma and there is no pain but I am concerned that it might rupture unexpectedly and cause quite a mess. any suggestions ? FYI, I did puncture it once with a fine needle and it bled for 15 min profusely before clotting! Again, no pain but it is always in my mind. if it breaks during a business meeting, etc. it could be a major embarrasment to say the least. Is there any cream (vit e) or other method to help reduce, or strengthen the capillary ? Thank you!
Hi,
Usually the course of treatment depends on the number and size of the lesions.Normally medicines dont have much effect.Surgical treatments popular are excision, laser, cryotherapy and grafting. You should consult a dermatologist.
