Dear Sujiaju
i believe you are suffering from piles and pain is due to hardness of stool. to relieve pressure you should have stool softners. as you are breast feeding i would advice you to try first of all by increasing fiber and if it doesnot work then have psylum [ isabgol ]husk at bed time.

You have not mentioned where do you have pain while passing stools ,if pain is in abdomen then it could be due to infection of intestines and if in anal region then mostly due to fissures or crack over the local region. You can apply ghee over the anal region as home remedy and take graphites 1m 1dose and wait for 7 days it will remove the cracks over anal ring within that much period.
If you have abdominal pain then you can take Ars alb 30 1 dose before eating and it will relieve your pain,

Hope this helps

The chances are that if you are experiencing pain while passing motion it can be due to Piles or Fissure
if there is any growth there it could be pile mass
if no such mass it can be fissure
Try
Gandharva Haritaki 1 tsf with water at night
KMnO4 for Sitz bath

pain during defecation may be due to fissure in ano or Haemorroids (external haemorroids) but diagnosis depends on the character of bleeding i.e. drop by drop or in strip form with stool . confirm diagnosis made after per ractal examination (inspection , diagital examinations & proctoscopy (in fissure in ano not perform) but initially you can start Trifgol Husk (Triphala Churna + Isubgol husk) 5 gms with glassfull of water at night.follow some regime for preventation & treatment
high fiber diet
High fluid intake
daily exercise
avoid oily spicy food
Hot sitz bath for 10 - 15 min twice in a day
avoid over strain during defecation

hi
welcome to healthcare magic forum
Your symptoms suggest that u may be having fissures or piles at an early stage as u have recently delivered, this condition sometimes devlopes due to straining at labour .
please consult some homoeopath for exact diagnosis & treatment which is safe at lactaional period.
If pain is severe u can have a warm bath by sitting in a tub(Warm sitz bath) this will relieve pain. prevent constipation.
Take care

Hello,
Pain while passing stools could be due to anal fissure, or piles. You have not mentioned if you have hard stools, bleeding during or after stools. A visit to your family physician/surgeon would be helpful inorder to diagnose the condition.
In the meanwhile follow-
1) Dietary modification--- Include diet rich in fiber like green leafy vegetables, fruits (avoid pomegranate-as its known to cause hard stools), (banana, papaya, apples are helpful), kishmish ,oats and cucumber ,which would help in softening the bulk of stools
2) Drink plenty (at least 12-13 glasses) of water
3) Apply Xylocaine 2% jelly around the anal region, before and after passing stools. This would help in relieving the pain to some extent.
4) Sitz bath- take a tub filled with hot water(the heat should be tolerable) and sit in it till the water becomes warm. Repeat it at least 2-3 times/day .
Do not self medicate .
Homeopathy has safe and effective medicines for both the conditions.

Hi. Is there blood in your stool? sometimes when you are constipated and have to strain you might develop micro fissures, which are small cracks and on passing stool they are stretched and cause pain, also you might be suffering from what hemorrhoids. Best would be if you consult a surgeon so that he can have a look. Since you are breast feeding please be careful in the drugs you are taking and do not take advice from an unqualified person. In the meantime you can start having a high fibre diet.
