I Have Patches On My Head With Lots Of Dandruff
I am 18 years old girl, but i am already having patches on my scalp where the hair has thinned out. I have not started any treatment yet,but fear i might lose all my hair. i have straight hair, and have dandruff as well. Please help

Hello, welcome to HCM. Dandruff can be responsible for hairfall in majority of cases. You should start using agood anti dandruff shampoo and condition your hair well. You should improve your diet and take a balanced diet in rich in proteins. In case you still find your hair are falling you should visit a trichologist for evaluation for further treatment. Minoxidil is a good drug to reduce hairfall but its effect lasts only till the time it is applied. Wish you good health.
