I have the problem of ejaculation in sleep frequently Why does it happen I have the problem of masturbating. Often I get ejaculation in sleep. Why does it happen? Is that harm to my manhood? Does it create problem in my sexual life with my partner?

Nocturnal emission is not abnormal. Masturbation is natural and do not consider it as a problem. These will not create any problem in your sexual life.
