i also have white discharge. sometimes a little yellowish but not often. on the lips of my vagina i have two red blotches, one tiny, one small size. its not raised or anything. but my whole area itches. every time i've had sex has been protected. is it razor burn or an std? i did just shave.

If you are protected each time you had sex the chance of STD is low I believe. Shaving bumps look similarly.
