I Mean Ive Got A Bruise Like Right On My Chest

this girl hit me realllly hard on my chest (near my heart pretty much) and i got a bruise but could that hit.. yeah could that hit cause like my heart to bleed or something? i mean ive got a bruise like right on my chest and i dont know its kind of scary cause my heart is near there..

Probably not. It would take a massive punch for someone to be able to do that kind of damage to your heart. First you would have a broke rib and that would have to puncture you heart. A really hard punch can cause a painful inflammation to form on the membrane that covers your ribs. Also, that kind of punch could make some of the surface capillaries burst causing a very painful bruise. I once hit a guy so hard in the chest that I caused hairline fractures on three ribs, and that was nothing so bad as to damage his heart.
