I Noticed A Bunch Of Little White Spots In Various Areas On My Upper Lip. What Could Be The Sign Of This Symptom ?

I am 21 and have had cold sores for several years. The last outbreak I had was early January and I usually do not get more than 2 maybe 3 a year. However, today I noticed a bunch of little white spots in various areas on my upper lip. I am not experiencing any of the normal tingling or burning but am wondering if these could be the warning signs of yet another outbreak.

most probably it look like another outbreak of cold sore.
are u taking any medicine for that on not?
acyclovir is good for treatment and prevention purpose.
avoid work that give ur body stress.
drink more water and avoid direct sun exposure
