IS Magrim Diet Effective In Reducing Weight? Any Side Effects?
Dear sir, I am a female,30years old, from Egypt. My height is 165cm and my weight is 72kg. I hope to lose 7 kg. I have a great appetite and I want to take a medicine so that I stop eating up to a normal range. I heard about a medicine called Magrim diet, is it good and effective? What are the negative side effects of that one? Is there another better alternative ? Look forward to hearing from you.
Magrim diet is used in some countries for weight loss but there are some side effects with diet. There are many methods of weight loss. Best and low income method would be to do the regular exercises with balanced diet. Every program requires experts advice and follow up. In your case the lowest cost expert would be a certified dietitian. You can ask them to give you 1000 to 1200 Kcal / day diet plan. Discuss and set small targets like 8 pounds each time and achieve it. Reward after every target. That way the wt loss program can be exciting and long run you would not have any deficiencies. Other methods like weight loss medication, liposuction and bariatric surgeries are costly and have adverse effects on health.
