Identical Twins. Have Leg Indentation, Spots On Same Place, Swelling, Edema And Splitting Muscles. Suggest?

I have identical twin sisters and lately we've noticed an leg indentation on the left leg in the exact same spots for both. I've looked it up online and the results I have found were edema of the leg and the splitting of a muscle. I pretty sure there's a more broad explanation behind it than swelling of the leg and I really would like to know.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The leg indentation and the splitting muscles in both the children is likely to be due to a genetic defect or a nutritional disorder like Vitamin D 3 deficiency. Do consult a pediatric orthopedician for proper diagnosis.
