If Someone Gets A Heart Attack And He Is All Alone At Home, What Can He Do Himself ?

Suppose if someone gets a heart attack and he is all alone at home ,phone is not reachable.what's the best first aid he could do by himself ?

Yell for help and hope that someone hears you; there is no first aid that you can give yourself besides taking aspirin and calling the ambulance. A heart attack doesn't immediately kill you unless the heart goes into cardiac arrest, you will have ample time to reach a phone before that time.
