If You Stop Smoking Will The Hardening Of The Arteries Go Away ?
if you stop smoking will the hardening of the arteries caused by arteriosclerosis go away? I have smoked for five years, and all of a sudden i'm noticing i'm having problems getting and maintaining full-on erections. i read that smoking constricts blood vessels and causes artherosclerosis, both of which can make achieving and sustaining an erection difficult. if i quit smoking today, will my circulation and any hardening of my arteries that may have taken place go back to normal, thus allowing normal erectile function??
Eventually, yes. But I'm betting there are outside causes other than smoking. Quit smoking, change your diet and activity level and you'll see your penis function return to normal.
