Could Persistent Foot Pain Near The 5th Metatarsal Be Neurological Or Physical?

I m asking for an opinion, I been to my pcp been to a podiatrist been to a neurologist, I feel my foot problem is out of their grasp, I have pain in my right and left foot more on my right foot on the outside where the 5th metatarsal is where the bone jabs out, when touched it sends a static feeling to the whole outside of the foot, theres no fractures breaks etc, I am diabetic, sugars are under control now, I m taking lyrica 600mg a day, and meloxicam, and it stil hurts with burning tingling stinging pain, what is going on? One says its neuro other says its physical noone seems to have a clue............im looking for other opinions whom may have another outlook in this matter.......
